F.H.F. Hair Design in downtown Cedartown is ready for the holiday season, and they are also beginning their annual collection of donations to benefit local youth to help them have a Merry Christmas.

Owner Hal Floyd reported that their tree has gone up in the salon for the year, and he is partnering with Coosa Dental and Cedar & Smoke for their 13th annual year of giving back to Polk County.

However due to the state guidelines in place because of COVID-19, the salon isn’t hosting their annual wrapping party for toys and gifts to donate this year.

Those who want to participate this year are being asked to bring one or more unwrapped toys or clothing items for youth aged 0 to 18 years, for boys and girls.

All gifts that are donated will be handed out by Community of Hope to Polk County children in 2020.

Drop off locations include the salon, located at 305 Main St., at Coosa Dental Associates at 109 East Ave., or Cedar & Smoke at 110 Herbert St.
