A new coffee chain is set to open soon in Rockmart after going through a training day earlier in the week for new employees.
Ellianos, a southeast regional chain, is just about ready for their opening day but hasn’t yet announced when the new store location will be providing hot and cold drinks and food options as well.
Check back for more on an opening day announcement as it becomes available.
Construction of the new store at 1675 Nathan Dean Bypass in Rockmart began after a February announcement the chain was coming to Rockmart.
The franchise coffee house is mainly found in North Florida and South Georgia, with locations in Jacksonville, Waycross, Statesboro, Thomasville and others in that general area. However, the chain is moving northward, and already has a location in Dallas. Another is planned for Lithia Springs, and there are two in the area around Montgomery, Alabama in Prattville and Millbrook.
Rockmart’s location will make the second planned for the area around Metro Atlanta.
Ellianos Coffee features a variety of hot, cold and iced beverages – like Milan Mint Mocha and Tuscany Toffee as an example – along with bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and cookies.
