Some good news on Tuesday from the Polk School District Facebook page came in the form of photos and a thanks to a local company for a timely and needed donation.

Office furniture was provided to the PSD thanks to The HON Company, announced on July 20 by the district who posted the following message:

A special thanks to The HON Company for their donation of office furniture to assist us as we work to update our facilities. We are extremely grateful for their continued partnership. #PSDtheplacetobe#bettertogether#PSDProud#polkproud

The donation comes just ahead of the start of the new school year on August 3.
