Will still sell goodies at Farmers Markets, but won’t retain retail location
Chick N Scratch is on the move.
The bakery that has been in business in downtown Rockmart since 2017 is moving out of their retail location in the coming days, and plan to serve customers via delivery only in the near future.
The bakery posted on Facebook over the weekend they are holding a moving sale for some of the items located in their South Marble Street bakery as they are set to begin operating in a commercial kitchen without a set retail location.
Plans are to move to a delivery (or meetup at a public location) option for baked goods from Chick N Scratch, but also plan to take part in the local farmers markets in Cedartown and Rockmart.
The final day of sales at the retail home of Chick N Scratch Bakery will be December 24, and they’ll be open limited hours from 6 a.m. to noon.
Plans are to make their return for sales to the public at the Cedartown Farmers Market when it returns from the holidays on January 7, 2025.
