Over the weekend, little ghouls and goblins made their way out to Bert Wood Park for a celebration of the spooky season with the first-ever Boo Bash put on by the City of Cedartown and featuring several local partners.
Local organizations and businesses were out at the park handing out candy to local youth, who also got the opportunity to play games and participate in a costume contest during the family-friendly event on October 16.
Here’s more from the City of Cedartown’s Facebook page:
The Boo Bash was a blast!
Thank you to the Polk County Historical Society, Cedartown Public Library, Polk-Haralson CASA, New Hope Fellowship Church, Lindsey Chapel UMC, Starr Ranch Rescue & Events the Bold and Beautiful Red Hatters, and Remix at Moores for coming out and offering FUN and FREE games and candy to our kiddos! The event was held this past Saturday at Bert Wood Park.
Enjoy all the photos! (They have more than I downloaded on their FB page. – KtE)
