Sending St. Nick a letter to the North Pole is the only thing you have to do in order to help local women’s shelters here in Polk and Floyd Counties thanks to a business willing to give back during the holiday season.

As Christmas is coming, Santa Claus will be busy getting wish lists ready for all the presents he has to deliver, and Bussey’s Florist has come up with a way to not only make sure those letters get to the North Pole in time, but also the opportunity to help Our House Women’s Shelter here in Cedartown, and the Ruth & Naomi House in Rome.

For every Letter to Santa dropped off at one of their mailboxes starting now (opened on Friday, November 25) until December 22 at either their Cedartown location or the one in Rome, they will donate a dollar for each letter they receive to one of the two women’s shelters.

Additionally, Bussey’s Florist will give 10% off to customers for dropping off the letter while at one of their two locations.

Bussey’s Florist in Cedartown is located at 302 Main Street, and in Rome at 500 E. 2nd Ave. in Central Plaza.
