A Villa Rica man was jailed and bond was denied after he was accused of child molestation, according to jail records.

Joshua James Smith, 32,. of a Villa Rica address, was taken into custody on Saturday, January 14 around 9:15 p.m. on a single charge of child molestation.

Aragon Police are still investigating the incident and had no comment or report yet available to the public.

Smith remained in jail as of this posting without bond set.
