Adam Elrod among the Fortnightly under Forty for 2021

One local man was featured recently among a group of professionals in Public Utilities Fortnightly – a trade publication – as one of the top in the industry in their June 2021 edition of the magazine.

Adam Elrod, who works for GreyStone Power for the past six years in Hiram, was among this year’s group recognized for his talents and work during the past year. He’s featured in the above video from Public Utilities Fortnightly’s video at the 4:53 mark.



“When thinking about what I like most about my job, or what I find most rewarding about my job, is probably one in the same,” he said in the video. “I focus on our member satisfaction as one of my roles, and trying to make sure from top to bottom that everything that GreyStone that we do is the best that we can for our members and it makes life better for them.”

Elrod is nationally known for his work in customer satisfaction. He has garnered recognition for his skills in producing video blogs and podcasting, and has used those skills in part during the pandemic to spread messages among fellow employees and customers.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University and is a Certified Cooperative Communicator.

Elrod resides in Cedartown with his wife Blair and their son Truett. He also serves as the Pastor of Pleasant Hope Baptist Church in Silver Creek.
