Tony Vasser, age 54, of Aragon, GA, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 3, 2024, at his residence.
Tony was born in Rome, GA, on October 2, 1970, son of the late Robert Lee Vasser and Barbara Joan Martin Vasser.
He had lived the greater part of his life in Rome and was a forklift operator for Diamond Carpet Mill. Tony loved fishing, riding four wheelers and playing with children.
In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Smith, and a niece, Jessica Swann.
Tony is survived by two daughters, Tiffany (Dwight) Smith, and Ashley Morrison; two grandchildren, Noah and Cain Remmington; two brothers, James “Timbo” Vasser, and Bobby Vasser. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Memorial services for Tony will be held on Sunday afternoon, October 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Vance Stiles officiating.
Tony’s family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour.
