The Davitte Lodge F&AM #513 in Aragon is set to host their 30th Aragon Children’s Day event coming up in early June, and they have a lot of fun planned around the Mill Pond.
Children 16 and under with their families are invited to come take part in the annual event at the Mill Pond hosted by the Davitte Lodge.
Included in the day’s events is fishing (trophies will be awarded, and children must be present to win,) games, a goat hunt, the greasy pole, and free hot dogs and drinks will be served.
All of the events on June 3 are free of charge.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but only those 16 and under can participate in activities to win prizes.
The annual event put on by the Davitte Lodge is being held in conjunction with the City of Aragon (who purchased the fish to stock in the pond) and area merchants who are making donations.
The June 3 event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
