F.H.F. Hair Design is looking for the right person to join their team and take on the role of Salon Manager here in beautiful downtown Cedartown.
The right person will be able to handle a variety of computing tasks, have perfect phone etiquette for booking appointments with our clients, and always come to work in clean, professional attire.
Our perfect candidate for Salon Manager will be responsible for the successful and smooth operations of providing customers with hair, beauty and spa services while also ensuring they go home with products available for sale from well-known brands. Additionally, they will be responsible for helping to keep the business profitable by ensuring that clients are booked in a timely fashion and ensure they enjoy their time at F.H.F. Hair Design.
Additional requirements of the position include:
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes
Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and customer reports
Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock
quantities on hand, and ordering replacement items as needed.
Qualifications for Salon Manager
Advanced organizational skills to manage staff, operations and salon finances
General bookkeeping and business finance skills
Excellent communication and team-leading skills
Ability move quickly to accomplish tasks
