Mrs. Helen Leola Barnett Weaver, age 85, of Rainbow City, Alabama, formerly of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021. She was born on January 13, 1936 in Cedartown, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late William Earl Barnett and Hattie Lee Waits.
Mrs. Weaver is survived by her husband, William Wayne Weaver; daughters, Phyllis Weaver- Beach and Kim Weaver Wood; sister, Barbara Barnette Avant; biological granddaughter, Alexandria Dare Beach; bonus grandchildren, Victoria Lauren Lester, Joshua Lucas Lester and Ahren Lynn Wood; bonus great-grandchildren, Halee Breann Wood and Harlee Brooke Wood and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Helen Leola Barnett Weaver will be held on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at one o’clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Dr. Steve Fetkenhour officiating.
Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Weaver will receive family and friends on Sunday, July 4, 2021 from twelve o’clock in the afternoon until the funeral service hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Randal Barnett, Jerry Pittman John Burgess, Ronnie Bowman, Jim Brewer, Greg Toler, Mathew Monroe, Naden Wilson, and Wade Wilson.
