Mr. Larry Daniel Easterwood, age 76, of Piedmont, Al, formerly Cedartown, Ga., passed away Monday, October 7, 2024.
Mr. Easterwood was born May 16, 1948, to the late Ray and AnnieBell Easterwood.
After retirement from Murata, he became the Pastor for Pineywoods Full Gospel Church and was an assistant to several other pastors. He also attended Life Tabernacle Church in Anniston, Al.
Preceding him in death are his parents, daughter, Kim Menna; siblings, Aline Israel, Doris Packer, Mark Clark, and Robert Easterwood.
Surviving is his wife Connie Triplett Easterwood; children, Alisha Bolinger, Nathan Triplett (Kristina), Dathan Triplett (Melonie), and Andy Triplett (Sarah); brothers, Gary Easterwood (Pat), and Ken Easterwood (Nay); sister, Jean Howell; sister-in-law, Betty Dean-Easterwood; grandchildren, Robby Menna, Alisea Menna, Catilyn Menna, Aliah Turner, Daniel Turner, Dominick Triplett, Christian Triplett, Mason Triplett, Austin Triplett (Kalyn), Aaron Triplett, Andrew Triplett, and Ava Triplett. Several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive.
The family will hold a visitation on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Litesey Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Litesey Funeral Home, with Bishop Robert Hall, Rev. Zak Ratliff, and Rev. Gary Easterwood officiating. The interment will follow in the family lot at Sanders Cemetery in Cedartown, with Rev. Greg Livingston officiating.
The following gentlemen will be pallbearers: Craig Easterwood, Daniel Easterwood, Nathan Triplett, Dathan Triplett, Andy Triplett, and Carl Gable.
