Jackson M. “Jack” Forrister, age 72 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021.
Mr. Jackson was born November 26, 1948, in Cedartown, Georgia, to the late John Henry & Flora Howell Forrister and was also preceded in death by his wife Joni Melissa Forrister in 2011, brothers and sisters Rev. John M. Forrister, Frank Forrister, Sherry Forrister, Mae Swaney, and Louise Wester.
Surviving is his daughter Heather Joni Nicole Forrister, Sisters Sue Cook and JoAnn McGregor, three grandchildren Ronald Stephens III and wife Olivia, Millie Stephens and Jonathan Stephens.
Memorial services for Jackson “Jack” Forrister will be held Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Lester Litesey Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Slaughter officiating, the family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
