People who want to participate in the upcoming job of ensuring all the machines are properly working and tabulating results have the opportunity to observe Logic and Accuracy Testing starting at month’s end at the Board of Elections office in Cedartown.
From September 30 through October 11, Elections officials will be conducting the test ahead of the start of early voting on October 15.

Elections officials also are getting ready to take in the last round of voter registrations, which are due no later than the close of business at 5 p.m. to the Board office in Cedartown at 144 West Ave. on October 7.
Those who are seeking more info about their registration status can first check on the state’s My Voter Page. (https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s/)
Absentee ballot requests are also already coming into the office, and will be taken through Friday, October 25, but must be returned to the Board of Elections office by 7 p.m. on November 5.
Early voting runs from Tuesday, October 15 through Friday, November 1, 2025.
