Mrs. Dianne Rogers Smith, age 76, of Cave Spring, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
She was born on March 12, 1948 in Cordele, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Melvin Jack and Selma Lois Hogan Rogers.
Dianne loved rooting for her Georgia Bulldogs, showering her Grandson with gifts and love and her beloved York Shires Bella and Luna. We miss her beautiful smile and sweet laugh.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of 27 years, Glenn Shelton Smith; daughters, Holly Ann Thurman of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Jacklyen Milne of Buford, Georgia; grandson, Christian McCauley; brother, Randall Rogers of Douglasville, Georgia; and sisters, Barbara Floyd of Cave Spring, Georgia and Robin Rogers of Ellenton, Florida.
The funeral service for Mrs. Smith will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at two o’clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Osborne officiating. Interment will follow in Cave Spring City Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Smith will receive family and friends on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from twelve o’clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Christian McCauley, Peter Camacho, Mike Rogers, Chuck Lopez, Tommy Taylor and Nathan Evans.
