STAR Student Morgan Isabell and STAR Teacher Jennifer Cupp will represent CHS next week at the PSD STAR Student Luncheon to announce who will represent the district on the regional and state levels.

The Cedartown High student body have a great representative heading to the STAR Student luncheon next week in hopes of becoming the districtwide student for 2022.

This year, the CHS STAR Student is Morgan Isabell, who will be joined by teacher Jennifer Cupp in her latest trip to the lunch with a student.

Isabell, per notes from Cedartown High is an avid reader, maintains an impressive GPA, and is a member of the varsity softball team. She’ll be heading off to Brown University in the fall in Providence, Rhode Island.

Cupp, a three-time STAR selection, is a 21-year veteran in education and has taught the last 8 years at CHS.  

They join the RHS STAR Student and Teacher next Wednesday, February 16 in downtown Rockmart for the 2022 PSD STAR Student luncheon, where both students are joined by their parents, administrators from both school and the central office and other officials in announcing who will represent Polk School District in regional and state competition coming up.

Check back for an announcement about who will represent the PSD this year following the upcoming luncheon on Feb. 16.
