Mrs. Betty Lou White Harbin

Mrs. Betty Lou White Harbin, age 69, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024, following an extended illness.

She was born April 11, 1955, in Halls, Tennessee to her parents, Jake and Jewel Rhodes White.

Betty Lou loved her small hometown of Halls, Tennessee but grew to love Cedartown. She retired from Kimoto Tech and was proud of the opportunities they provided during her tenure.

She was even given the privilege of traveling to Japan for additional training and to learn more about the Japanese culture.

After retiring, she enjoyed many hobbies like painting ceramics, bird watching, Mickey Mouse collectables, Coke memorabilia, and cooking for her beloved family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Jewel White; daughter, Rachel Harbin; brother, Larry White; brother in law, John Yarbrough; and son in law, Shoun Howard.

Betty is survived by loving husband of 46 years, Ricky Harbin; daughter Brandy Harbin Howard; grandchildren: Bailey Johnson, Jaci Davis, Carson Howard, and Avri Harbin; sisters, Alice Meeks of Halls, Tennessee, Linda Yarbrough of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Caroline McCartney of Norfolk, Virginia; brother, James White; sisters in law, Shirley White and Susan White both of Halls Tennessee. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

The family of Mrs. Harbin will be gathering Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at their residence located at 95 Cherokee Terrace, Cedartown, Georgia to share memories.
