Mr. Barry Wayne Byers, age 60, of Cedartown, GA, passed away Tuesday February 4, 2025, at his residence.
Mr. Byers was born September 12, 1964, to the late Homer Leroy Byers and the late Michelle Bell Byers.
Known by many and loved by all who knew him, Mr. Byers will always be remembered for his love of the outdoors; he was always outside enjoying the great outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing, and working on vehicles.
He was always happiest when he was on a boat with a fishing pole in his hands. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Byers is preceded in death by his nieces, Elizabeth Hutcheson, Ciera Hutcheson, and Lacey Goss.
Mr. Byers is survived by his loving sisters, Frances M. Edgeworth and Kim Goss (Mickey); nephews, Joey Martin, Cody Goss, and Derrick Goss; great-nieces & nephews, Kiera Williams, Beckett Martin, Havaylah Goss, Kohen Goss, Aliyvia Goss, Ashton Goss, and Austin Goss.
In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Byers will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
